Tremors Fall 2008 Sign-ups
IT’S TIME FOR FALL 2008 SOCCER SIGN-UPS!!!
The San Benito Youth Soccer League and HOLLISTER TREMORS invite you to register for Fall Soccer Now!

Boys and Girls ages 4 - 16 are welcome. We offer a complete range of programs from recreational to competitive, with separate boys and girls’ teams.  We will be accepting registration forms at the following
locations/dates/times:
Briggs Building on Memorial Drive (in front of the BMX Track at Vets Park): Thursday May 15th and June 5th
from 7:00PM - 9:00PM

PLEASE bring a copy of your child’s valid birth certificate and a 1" x 1.5" photo (head shot only, NO hats)
Registration fees for recreational players are as follows: 4-6 year olds $75.00(Under 6,
based on the CYSA age definition); 7-years and up $90.00 (Fees include insurance, uniform, and photo package)

Please follow the instructions and complete all the information required. During the process you will be presented with two options of payment, Credit Card or Check, if you choose to pay by Check, please make sure it is made out to the “Hollister Tremors” and that it is sent to the address indicated.

We offer the service to reduce the number of volunteer hours required to process our registration and as a convenience for soccer parents, please note that there is a processing fee. Online registration total is about $95.
